White Tiger Kung Fu is one of the few arts that can provide complete traditional Kung Fu training that can be traced back over 600 years with no outside influence from other systems or styles. Our classes are tailored to the students level and ability. Our weekly curriculum is as follows:
As well, the gwoon and all the training equipment are available for use to all students during non-class business hours. Beginning classes (white, yellow, and orange sashes) are a combination of techniques, forms, and lessons. At the same time, beginning students take Qigong and conditioning to complement their studies. Students who progress to intermediate (purple, blue, or green sashes) or advanced levels (brown or black sashes) can take iron body conditioning, sparring, weapons, or cham-na.
The technique class acquaints the beginner student with motions found within the forms, including stances, footwork, strikes, blocks, and kicks. This class also builds the foundation and muscle memory for fighting.

The lessons class teaches beginner students to apply the knowledge, techniques, and motions that they have learned for defense and attack. These classes teach students to choose the appropriate forms in specific situations based on their skill level.
The conditioning class, taught to beginning, intermediate, and advanced students, develops strength, speed, coordination, and cardiovascular health. It also allows students to execute the motions and techniques to their greatest ability.
Available for advanced students only, the weapons class teaches the traditional weapons of the system through forms and technique. This class provides instruction on the use of weapons for defense, as well as instruction on defense against all types of weapons.
A hands-on class for intermediate and advanced students only. In sparring, students test their techniques at true speed against opponents.
The forms class first breaks the traditional Bak Fu Pai into steps, then teaches students to combine these steps into a complete and concise series of movements that compile a form. Forms are taught at four levels:
Exercise Forms
Short forms (usually 10 or 15 movements) used primarily as hand drills. Though some foot movement is taught, students primarily learn hand motions while standing in one position.
Basic forms
Longer forms that incorporate more advanced hand motions and minimal footwork.
Foundation Forms
Longer forms that build on basic forms by adding more intricate footwork and teaching the basic 108-movement forms used in kung fu.
Traditional advanced forms
Traditional forms that focus on speed, power, and finesse. All traditional forms are comprised of 108 movements, representing a sacred number of Bak Fu Pai.
Available for intermediate and advanced students, iron body conditioning hardens and prepares the entire body, allowing students to execute or receive an otherwise devastating blow with little or no effect or injury to the body.
Cham-na teaches advanced students the traditional 72 ways of fighting for takedowns, throws, leverages, and ground fighting. Provides students with tools that enable them to control and nullify an opponent when in close quarters or on the ground. Cham-na is taught in cycles with students working on one given tool for three months.
Also known as chi kung, qigong teaches a series of still postures and moving forms that focus on developing internal energy for martial application and health. Qigong, taught alongside kung fu, builds an overall strong foundation of internal energy.

At the beginning level, students learn still meditations over six months. At the intermediate level, students learn advanced meditations, including moving meditations. One-on-one qigong training is available for advanced students only.
